Spinach Pizza

I had the pleasure of spending this Sunday afternoon with friends. I usually don't go out during Sundays but today I was a bored and restless.

I was craving for Kopi Roti earlier in the day and posted a query on Plurk: whether or not Kopi Roti was open during Sundays.

I got an affirmative and as a bonus, a rendezvous with two friends. I had to meet them earlier than planned but, hey, I was antsy.

When I got there, I ordered kopi and kaya toast. I am starting to like these.

By 3 PM, we moved to Firenzo for a change of scenery. Blogie was craving for corned beef sandwich and since I craved for the same about two weeks ago, I decided to give it a try as well.

Ever had those moments where you wanted something so bad you could taste it? But when you did get it, it wasn't able to deliver the goods?

That's what the corned beef sandwich was felt like: empty, unsatisfying. That's how I felt and so did my friend.

The sandwich wasn't that bad: the wheat bread was tasty but I felt that it needed more corned beef.
